North American Star League Privacy Policy
North American Star League ("NASL") respects the privacy of its on-line visitors and recognizes the importance of providing a secure environment for them. We have a On-line Privacy Policy that guides how we collect, store and use the information that you provide us.
This Privacy Policy details how NASL safeguards the privacy of its on-line visitors and does not apply to information that may be collected by NASL off-line. Please note that when you link to sites other than NASL websites, this Privacy Policy does not apply.

NASL only collects personal information on a voluntary basis. If an on-line visitor submits information, it will usually be to register for our forums or for the purchase of a subscription to our video stream or VoD content. Personal information collected may include your name, home address, phone number, email address and in the case of visitors purchasing pay-per-view content and credit card number.
For some activities we may ask you to create a password and username and to provide additional information such as age, gender and viewing habits. We may use this data to generate statistics about our user base and may provide such information to advertisers.
NASL may need to disclose your personal information to third party vendors to fulfill product orders or prizes to process mailings or to process, analyze and/or store data on NASL's behalf. We will attempt to ensure that these party sites do not use your personal information for any other purpose.
We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law or in special cases to identify, contact or bring legal action against you if you are violating the Terms of Service or Use Agreement for NASL products or may be causing injury to NASL's rights or property.
